Well if you think that let me tell you you're wrong because it's a complete physical sport that not everyone can do.
II. Body paragraphs:
A. My Experience: I've been playing voleibol for one year and a half now and before I started I had a lot of beliefs, just like you do.
The first one was "it's a girls sport", that's why I decided to try it on the first place but as soon as I enter the class I realized that I was wrong. There were like eight boys and three girls including me, wich can be good if you're a girl because boys give you tips to improve, tricks to play, they're really good at this sport and they're not that bad if you know what I mean. But, if you're a boy and you're expecting to find a lot of girls or be like blessed among woman, I'm sorry but that won't happen at least here at school, but the good thing is that you'll find amazing friends to share your craziness for this sport.
The second one was "it's not that difficult" and after the first class I went back home with an injured wrist and thinking I had a lot to learn. It is just as hard as any sport can be, you just need to be constant, that's why masters of this sport make it look so easy, because they tried it over and over again until they got it and if you wanna be like them you can start by following the next rules and tips.
B. General Rules and Tips: The first rule and most impportant one: Don't let the ball fall. Keep that in mind and if you accomplish it you're halfway there.
The next thing you need to know is that you're team can touch the ball up twice before passing it to the other side, but you can't touch the ball two times in a row, it has to be touched by someone else before you touch it again.
By now you should be wondering "How do I touch the ball?". Well there are three general ways to touch the ball. The first one is called reception or service. In this one you have to put your hands together interlacing your fingers paying attention not to top your thumbs and you'll receive the ball with the flat surface of your arms.
The second touch is called volleying and for this you have to throw up the ball with your fingertips and this will help you place the ball for the next touch that's called spike or attack. Here you'll try nail the ball on the other team's court to make a point.
III. Conclusion: After reading this, you probably discover that you had a wrong idea about this sport or that it is way more interesting than you thought so don't be afraid and give it a try, it can be difficult in the beggining but later on, it will be just fun. Remember: "There is no glory in the practice, but without practice, there is no glory."

Her essay is very complete, she clearly says that she wants to change the way people see volleyball as a sport for women. She keeps her point of view during the hole essay and explained in a clear way the basic rules and end with a motivational phrase, i really liked it because she also gave her point of view and relate it with her personal experience
